Wow, you made it this far!  Did you learn anything?  See any places you might like to visit?  If you enjoyed your tour of some of H.H. Richardson's remaining projects, come again.  I'll be adding more pictures.  I'll also be adding more pictures of buildings that I like by other architects.

Some notes...

H.H. Richardson completed less than 100 projects in his short life.  Fifty-plus remain, some much changed.  I've been to all the remaining sites except for a house he designed in England.  That house is a partial, having been moved.  I haven't been inside all the buildings.  I'm working on that!  A couple are private residences, so I probably won't get into those.

I took nearly all the photographs on these pages.  My friend Cathy took the picture of the plaque outside the Ecole des Beaux-Arts.  She also brought back the "old" postcard of the Ecole.  Thanks Cathy!  I have a decent point & click Olympus that I'll probably trade in for a "real" camera one day, as my friend, Mary, urges.  Maybe a digital camera, too?  I'd also like to go back to some of these buildings with a video camera.  We'll see.

Thanks for staying with me.  Hope you enjoyed yourself.  Come back & see what I'm doing here.  I'll have fun doing it & I hope you'll have fun, too.  I'll even put in some links to my favorite websites.

If you want to send me e-mail or sign my guestbook, I've put links below, in case you'd rather not have to go back HOME and see my face again!
